A wedding & solid food puke

You don't know stress until you've tried to keep your 11 month old quiet and entertained at your brother's wedding ceremony. Here is what it entails:
Food, bottles, Piglet, wands, toys and an iPhone

But before I get to the ceremony, first we must go back.

I had a lovely lady evening with Mama Chicken to get our toesies painted. Love my mama...she arrived with snacks and champagne.
We then met up with Papa Smurf, JD and Cecilia for some thai and family time. It was the first time Jurve got to see Cecilia walk in person. She is pretty rad.
On Friday I spent the first half of the day helping June work on the center pieces for the reception. June had made some moss nests using oasis. These would go on a cake stand of sorts with a bird cage over the top. (Ignore the white tree in the middle, we nixed it in the end).
Next we stuck ivy into the cakes.
Once we had the moss cakes completed we headed over to Chase Road Growers to pick the rest of the flowers for the centerpieces.
Jane has some amazing flowers.

Final result: Sorry tiny, blurry picture doesn't do it justice

Fast forward to the rehearsal and dinner.
Went about as smoothly as possible. JD is going to crush his job as dj.
Puffs save the day!

Saturday: Cecilia's first wedding!
Keep her busy!

 The newly blended family!

Oh look!

Hold still, I'm trying to chew on your bracelets

Pass the baby..and the puffs

Sissy Selfie

Not the first dance...a dance

Never have I seen Jason dance this much, ever.

Oh boy

"What is this?"
"The Backstreet boys"
Ella was so disturbed by how excited us 30-somethings got when the Backstreet boys came on

How dirty can you get? Very, apparently

Siblings!

On the way to the reception Cecilia pounded a bottle and then puked up her snacks she ate during the wedding. That was the first solid food puke and it was disgusting. Ew.

It was a wonderful day! Congratulations Jason & Tiffany xoxo

Cecilia inherited one of Mommy's toys when she was little girl...that was passed down from the previous generation as well. She freaking loved it. Who doesn't love a good rock?

Also the required family photo while Facetiming with the Cronks:

Question for the mommies out there: What do I pack my almost 12 month old for lunch at daycare? She still eats pureed food and experiments with solids, but I'm still worried she isn't eating enough when she picks up her own food. Of course she eats puffs like a champ but fiddles with any other food I give her. What are good things to pack and keep in the house? Cause, sometimes I feel like I have zero clue what I'm supposed to do. She has had Mac&Cheese and loved it...but I don't really want her to have that every day...so, what are good lunch staples for a wee one?

Coming through!
