What a month...

Cecilia is now fully recovered from an infection and JD & I are currently almost, not quite fully recovered from exhaustion, emotional stress and confusion.
Thankfully Piglet was there to protect her while we spent 7 hours in the ER...

Please don't need to get an IV ever again

The poor baby was sick for her first birthday party so I'm not sure she knew it was all about her. Thank you to the family and friends who came to celebrate. I think we'll be doing a cake do-over since she wanted absolutely nothing to do with my delicious banana bread cake with chocolate buttercream frosting...it was yummy. Now that she is back to her usual self we will re-celebrate...might as well have a month long celebration like her Mommy usually does.

A second anniversary...celebrated apart.

Though I'm pretty sure I followed JD to work and he wasn't really in New Jersey.

Here we are a month later and all of a sudden our little nugget is almost 13 months old and a kid. I mean a real kid. Crazy.

Here's to more adventures and less trips to the ER.
